At Apna Property Wala, we strive to provide the best service for our users. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payments.
1. General Policy
All payments made for property listings, featured promotions, advertisements, or other digital services are non-refundable. Once a service is activated or a listing is published, the payment is considered earned and final.
2. Duplicate Transactions
In the event of a duplicate payment caused by a technical error or a gateway glitch:
Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered for identical transactions made for the same service within a 24-hour period.
Timeline: Verified duplicate payments will be processed and credited back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.
3. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation: You may request to take down your listing at any time; however, please note that no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the listing period.
Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to a recurring plan, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
4. Review & Approval
All refund or cancellation requests are subject to internal review. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, platform abuse, or if the service has already been substantially delivered.

Why this version is better:
Clearer Timelines: Adding “original payment source” and “10 working days” aligns with standard banking procedures.
Specifics on “Activation”: It clarifies that once a listing is “live,” the money is spent, which prevents users from asking for refunds after their ad has already been seen.
Professional Identity: Using your brand name (Apna Property Wala) builds more trust than just saying “we.”
